Résumé This Resolution consisting of 8 articles states that import of banana plants needs a permit issued by the Agricultural Resources Directorate. It indicates the necessary documents, including the Phytosanitary certificate issued by the authority responsible for the plant quarantine matching the ISPM No. 12 and certifying also the absence of specified virus. The Resolution deals also with packaging rules and duration of permits.
