Résumé This Resolution consisting of 9 articles aims at recognizing to the Nature Reserves guards the rights of issuing fines for hunting violations provided that in possess of an approval of the Higher Hunting Council (HCH). Art.2 explains conditions to be met by the guards to obtain the approval. The approval lasts for 5 years. Annexed the forms to be filled out to obtain the approval by the HCH.
