Résumé This Resolution consisting of 17 articles and 2 Annexes provides for the registration to the Ministry of Agriculture for all the markets, including the wholesale markets. Furthermore, in every market is created a committee, for a term of three years, with organization and development tasks. The application for the registration shall be presented within six months from the start of the market activity, and art.3 lists the documents that must accompany applications. The Resolution also regards: a series of specific market activities and services, listed in art.5; surveillance and detection on commercial traffic; rules for buyers and sellers, selling products, times of work in the market; market access and related allowing card or badge; and cleaning, security and public safety. Annex 1 deals with the mechanism of work within the wholesale markets for fruits and vegetables and Annex 2 deals with the environmental conditions to be met for licensing the establishment of areas for trading in fruits and vegetables, such as management of liquid and solid wastes and management of the air and noise pollution.
