Résumé This Resolution consisting of 3 articles lays down conditions for the control of food factories. It deals with: (i) storage conditions; (ii) lighting; (iii) ventilation; (iv) drainage; (v) walls and ground surfaces; (vi) ceilings; (vii) doors and windows; (viii) machinery, equipment and tools; (ix) waters; (x) cleaning; (xi) control of pests and insects; (xii) identification of product costs; (xiii) raw materials (quality, suitability, health conditions); (xiv) finished products; (xv) conditions of employees and facilities allocated to them; and (xvi) rules for visitors.
