Résumé This Resolution contains 5 articles: definition of veterinary medicines and vaccines (art. 1); importation of all veterinary medicines and vaccines is subject to a priori licence issued by the Ministry of Agriculture (art. 2); importation of vaccines and veterinary medicines is subject to the presentation of a request to the Ministry of Agriculture accompanied by: certificate of origin, quantity, proforma invoice, certificate of legal use in country of origin, and in a country of the EC or the USA or Canada or Japan analysis certificate and copy of the technical instruction for the use of the medicine, vaccine or serum (art. 3).
