Résumé The Resolution contains 8 articles: definition of concentrated feed (containing bone meal, meat meal, blood meal, fish meal and condensed vitamins) (art. 1(a)); definition of compound feeds (concentred feed plus mixed grains like millet, barley, wheat and sieve) (art. 1(b)); authorization to import feeds and feedstuff without previous licence on the condition that they must be accompanied by laboratory analysis certificate from the country of origin, laboratory analysis from Alfannar Laboratory and sanitary certificate (art. 2); ban on the importation of feeds which contain arsenic, antimony and hormones (art. 3). Resolutions incompatible with this Resolution are now abrogated.
