Article 1 allows to diving amateurs to exercise this hobby on the condition that they are holders of diving certificates officially recognized. Diving amateurs shall submit their applications to the Ministry of Agricultural provided with necessary documents to obtain diving certificates is dealt in article 2. Article 3 prohibits to diving amateurs the following activities: single-diving; approaching fishing boats and nets for a distance of 200 metres; approaching authorized swimming pools for a distance of 500 meters; capture marine animals; fishing lobsters by using spears or guns; sponge fishing; and, fishing or diving at night. Article 4 entrusts the Department of Rural Development and Natural Wealth to issue annual diving licences provided that amateurs have completed 18 years. Article 5 contains offences and penalties.
