Résumé The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the establishment of farms. This Resolution is composed of 8 articles and 4 Tables. Article 1 defines the minimum distance between farms and populated zones according to the type of farm, animal specie, number of animals and activity. Article 2 Defines populated areas, minimum distance and animal units. Article 3 illustrates the Calculation of minimum distances. The total surface of installation, including services of the farm, shall be defined according to the specie and number of animals in the farm (art. 4). After the approval of the minimum distance by the High Council for Urban Regulation, the Ministry of environment will reserve the right to modify the minimum distance when necessary (art. 5). Table I defines the number of animal units. Table II indicates the animal groups. Table III fixes the minimum distance between farms and populated zones. Table IV establishes the total surface (services included) of the installations of the farms.
