Résumé The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the production and trade in foodstuff in order to protect the public health. This Resolution is composed of 13 articles. Articles 1 and 2 define the sanitary and administrative procedures for the production and trade in foodstuff. Article 3 specifies the requirements and conditions of facilities destined to the production or trade in foodstuff and in particular: (a) floor; (b) surface and height; (c) airing and illumination; (d) water sources; (e) water closet; (f) refuse; (g) ovens and fire places; and (h) general hygiene. Article 4 deals with the requirements and conditions for workers. Article 5 relates to inspection activities. Articles 8-10 contain offences and penalties.
