Résumé

This Resolution approves the rules for transporting dangerous goods. It consists of 13 articles: General provisions (1); Purpose of regulation (2); Definitions (3); Exceptions where the provisions of the European Agreement on Transport of Dangerous Goods on Road (ADR) and this regulation are not used (4); Classification of dangerous goods (5); Processing, loading (unloading) and placing of dangerous goods (6); Selecting and getting an agreement on a route (7); Transporting dangerous goods (8); Rights and duties of crew members and other participants of transportation process (9); Common requirements imposed on transport and its equipment (10); Requirements on preparing transport crews (11); Requirements imposed on the construct of transport vehicles in order to be permitted to transport certain dangerous goods (12); and Terms and timeline for issuing a certificate of permission to transport certain dangerous goods (13).
