Résumé The aim of this Resolution is to define and specify the public utilities and commercial activities subject to Law No. 3 of 1975 in order to protect the public health against diseases and pollution. This Resolution is composed of 4 articles and 1 Annex. Article 1 lists the public utilities and commercial activities subject to Law No. 3 of 1975 including: bakeries, pastry shops; mineral water industries; dairy industries; ice industries; biscuit industries; butcheries; vegetable and fruit shops; fishmonger shops; slaughterhouses. Article 2 provides for the establishment of a register at the Ministry of Health for recording all information provided for in article 72 of Law No. 3 of 1975. Article 3 lists the public utilities and commercial activities subject to registration requirements. Annex I contains the public utilities and commercial activities and the respective fees.
