Résumé The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the importation of livestock and meat from Chine in order to protect the public health and animals in Lebanon. The present Resolution is composed of 6 articles. Article 1 decrees the abrogation of Resolution No. 330/1 of 12 September 2005 prohibiting the importation of poultry, ruminants, pigs and their products. Article 2 prohibits the importation of living animals (ruminants and pigs) and frozen and deep frozen meat from the Popular Republic of Chine. Article 3 allows the importation of frozen and deep frozen meat of ruminants from Chine according to requirements and conditions of adopted sanitary certificates in both Countries. Article 4 allows the importation of frozen and deep frozen, processed and canned thermo-treated meat of swine and ruminant according to the international requirements and standards adopted by the O.I.E. The importation of poultry and products shall be subjected to provisions provided for in Resolution No. 282/1 of 22 August 2006. Texte intégral Arabe
