Résumé The Resolution lays down special rules for state control of food of animal origin. It consists of nine chapters: General provisions (I); New meat (II); Measures associated with state control (III); Special Requirements (IV); Special risks (V); Alive two-shelled mollusks (VI); Fishery products (VII); Raw milk (VIII); and Professional training (IX). The Resolution applies to production and processing of food of animal origin as well as game of hunting. Specifically it covers slaughterhouses, emergency slaughtering outside slaughterhouses, wild animal breeding, and enterprises which cut and debone meat; production/processing of two-shelled molluscs and fishery products; and production of raw milk and points for collecting raw milk.
