Each lot supplied by the manufacturing enterprise must pass veterinary and sanitary inspection. A lot shall be considered a certain quantity of products of the same name, type of processing, one or several dates of manufacturing, one manufacturer, legalized in the form of one document certifying quality and safety. Good quality and harmless for human consumption foodstuffs of animal origin and healthy animals as certified by veterinary and sanitary expertise shall be authorized for trade. Good quality and harmlessness of foodstuffs of animal and vegetable origin, and sanitary well-being of livestock shall be attested by appropriately issued animal health certificates.
