Résumé

The Cabinet of Ministers validates the Regulation on the procedure for conducting vaccination activities against highly dangerous infectious animal diseases, including the performance of vaccination activities against extremely dangerous infectious animal diseases with state-registered vaccines approved for use in the prescribed manner; monitoring of the vaccination process by the state veterinary service; conducting vaccination events in clinically healthy animals by special vaccination groups in each district (city); the procedure for purchasing vaccines at the expense of the State budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan in the specified amount according to the animal species and areas where vaccines are used, based on the list created every year, and the procedure for keeping their accounts. The Council of Ministers of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, regional and Tashkent city administrations should provide comprehensive practical assistance in the organization of vaccination measures against extremely dangerous infectious diseases of animals by the state veterinary service. This Regulation defines the procedure for carrying out and financing vaccination activities against extremely dangerous infectious animal diseases (vaccination activities) by state, departmental and industrial veterinary services based on modern and transparent mechanisms. Vaccination measures are carried out on animals belonging to all legal entities and natural persons, regardless of the form of ownership. Vaccination activities against extremely dangerous infectious animal diseases are carried out in accordance with the scheme specified in the Annex to this Regulation. Vaccination activities are carried out with vaccines manufactured locally and abroad, registered in accordance with the instructions for use and approved for use. Information on the emergence, spread and elimination of infectious diseases (geographical location of the unhealthy area, outbreaks of infectious diseases and the number of dead animals, laboratory-expertise report, etc.) is used for monitoring. These data are obtained from official reports in the prescribed manner. Vaccination measures are carried out in healthy animals that have passed clinical examinations. If the animal is sick or has undergone surgery, vaccination can be delayed until the animal is fully recovered. is not allowed to increase the frequency of the use of vaccines beyond the standard for the use of these drugs.
