Resolution No. 46/1 of 2009 on the mechanism for arranging and settling lands.

This Resolution is composed of 13 articles. Articles 1 to 3 deal with the scope of application of this Resolution and define except activities from it. Articles 4 to 6 provide for procedures, documents and competent authorities for submitting applications related to arranging and settling lands activities. Article 7 entrusts the Prefects (Governors) to issue licences for aforementioned activities after the approval of the Ministry of Environment–High Council of Stone Quarries. Article 8 obliges owners of aforementioned activities to present reports about land arranging and settling every three months to the competent municipalities. Article 9 pertains to the revocation of licences. Articles 10 and 11 deal with exploitation fees and bank guarantees.
