This Resolution defines obligations of forest protection and restoration institutions and forest engineers. Prohibitions in forest are listed as a) lighting a fire, b) throwing away substances infected of lubricating oil, gasoline, kerosene, diesel fuel and other flammable liquids, c) fuelling of cars, tractors and other internal combustion engine vehicles in uncertain locations, d) practising slash-and-burn cultivation, e) burning and leaving remains of building materials during carrying out any construction, and f) storing fuel and lubricants. Companies constructing roads, gas pipelines, oil pipelines, high-voltage power lines and communication lines as well as producing oil and gas shall move towards environmentally friendly practices at the time determined by the Forest Protection and Restoration Department. In addition, this Resolution sets forth provisions on fire-fighting equipment, actions during the fire and liability for violating fire safety.
