Résumé The purpose of this Resolution is to regulate the use and ridding of asbestos materials with the objective to protect the environment. This Resolution is composed of 2 articles. Article 1 imposes upon industries, installations and electric power stations which use asbestos materials as thermal insulators to obtain a previous licence from the Environment Body.
