This Resolution enters into force on the date of its publication in the Official Gazette.
Résumé

The aim of this Resolution is to define the compensation or reimbursement of expenses for the damage to cultivated areas and damage caused by the uprooting and cutting down of trees. This Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 imposes the payment of compensations or reimbursement of expenses to landowners or competent authorities. Article 2 deals with the procedures to be taken for the valuation and quantification of the damage. Article 3 entrusts the Head of the Central Municipality Authority to define the price of trees and damaged cultivated areas by the issuance of resolutions.
