Résumé This Resolution is composed of 9 articles. Articles 1 and 2 deal with the establishment and formation of the Committee as well as entrust the Committee with the decision power on tenders, offers, bids and auctions concerning external or derequisitioned imported wheat. The Chief of the Committee shall monitor international markets of wheat concerning the production, price, quality and world reserves. The Committee shall abide by provisions provided for in the Law No. 89 of 1998 and its Implementing Regulation on auctions and tenders (arts. 4 and 5).
