Résumé

This Implementing Regulation is composed of 2 Sections divided into 17 articles. Section I deals with general regulations in particular: requirements and conditions for the importation and exportation of animals, animal products, lefts and remaining; applications and necessary documents and certificates for the importation of animals and products; procedures and measures for animals in transit; and, quarantine measures for animal breeding, slaughtering, fattening and for birds. Section II contains regulations for the importation of living animals and animal products especially defines sanitary requirements for cattle, sheep, goats, camels, horses, birds, eggs, rabbits, meat, frozen and deep frozen meat, dairy products, skins and leathers, canned meat, poultry, feathers, wool, horns, hair, fur, fats, embryos seminal liquid, biological materials, vaccines, fishes, aquatic livings, canned fish, fish meal, dogs and cats, wild animals, reptiles and bees.
