Article 1 defines sanitary requirements and conditions for the importation of horse seminal liquid which are the following: the country of origin shall bee free from African horse sickness; donators horses shall be breaded in farms free from horse equine diseases; donators horses shall be subjected to analysis; farms of horse shall be subject to the veterinary control in the country of origin; and, the seminal liquid shall be prepared and conserved in accordance with the international sanitary criteria.
