Résumé The aim of this Resolution is to protect the public health. This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Articles 1 and 2 define the requirements and conditions for the production and sale of ice cream. Article 3 allows the production and sale of ice cream only in places authorized by the Municipality and sanitary authorities as well as registered in the Commercial Register.
