The documents necessary for obtaining a license are: application as in the attached form; birth certificate of the applicant; photocopy of the commercial register of the company; map of the zone; landed property certificate; leas; authorization of the Ministry of Water and Electricity Resources and bank guarantee. The studies are: geological and surveying study; maps; geological report; technical report; environmental study; environmental report; final map of the place and the economic advantages and benefits of the project. The license is valid for 5 years renewable every year. The prerequisites are : environmental requirements; conditions and use of explosives; safety and security requirements and general environmental criteria. Texte intégral Arabe
