The present Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 delimits and illustrates the aforementioned protected area. Article 2 entrusts the Environment Affairs Apparatus to be responsible for the protected areas as provided for in Law No. 102 of 1983. Article 3 specifies the prohibited works and activities in the aforementioned area. Article 4 entitles the Prefect of the Red Ross Province to control the implementation of this Resolution.
