Résumé The aim of this Resolution is to regulate the filling up operations of lands covered with marine water in order to protect the environment. The present Resolution is composed of 7 articles. Article 1 prohibits filling up with earth any land covered with marine water without a previous authorization. Articles 3-5 entrust the municipalities to monitor and control the filling up operations during the construction of ports and harbours in order to protect the environment.
