It consists of 11 articles: General provisions (1); Definition of terms (2); Legal regime for allowing seeds and grafting materials to be disseminated (3); Purpose of allowing agricultural species to be disseminated (3-1); Certification (4); Quality assessment of seeds and grafting materials (4-1); Field inspections (4-2); Terms of dissemination of seeds and grafting materials (5); Labeling of seeds and grafting materials (6); Importing seeds and grafting materials (7); and Liability (8). This regulation however does not apply to genetically modified species; species used for personal use; seeds and grafting materials that are used for selection or are subject to customs control.
