The Ministry of Agriculture will issue an annual licence for amateur diving (art. 2). The following activities shall be prohibited: to catch or fish aquatic animals caught by others; to catch sponges; and to dive alone or with a compressor fixed on the boat (art. 3). Amateur divers may fish with the use of a gun if previously authorized by the Ministry of Agriculture (art. 4). It shall be prohibited to catch sponges and lobsters with the use of guns and to fish during the night (art. 4). The remaining articles contain general provisions. Texte intégral Arabe
