Résumé This Resolution is composed of 5 articles: establishment of a Committee composed of the Minister of Agriculture as President and seven members; the tasks of the Committee are: controlling the registration and classification of horses, authorizing the participation in horsemanship, horse racing, etc. (art. 1); all incompatible previous Resolutions are now abrogated (art. 3).
