Résumé This Resolution aims at regulating the removal and transportation of cotton blossoms among villages. The present Resolution is composed of 4 articles. Article 1 prohibits the removal or transport of cotton blossoms among villages without a previous authorization issued by the Agriculture Departments in the provinces by specifying the kind, weight, cotton ginnery and the producer village. Article 2 specifies the measures and steps to be taken in case of transgression or violation in accordance with Article 100 of the Agriculture Act.
