Resolution No. 10/T of 1998 defining the legal and technical violation of veterinary manufactures.

This Resolution is composed of 3 articles. The legal and technical violations of veterinary manufactures shall be defined according to the following: violation of legislative Decree No. 165 of 1952; producing veterinary medicines without previous licences; contraction and inexactions between data-label and licences; marketing a veterinary medicines without previous authorizations; alteration of veterinary medicines without licencing; changing the Director-Technical without the approval of Ministry of Agriculture; and contraction between the laboratory registers and the Implementing Regulation (art. 1). Offences and Penalties (art. 2). The Technical Committee will carry out the valuation and estimation of violation (art. 3).
