According to Decree-Law No. 61/2016 of 29 November modified by Decree-Law No. 40/2017 of 6 September regulating the organization and operation of the Social Sustainability Fund for Tourism, defines a breakdown of revenue from the tourist contribution. The member of the Government responsible for the tourism area submits to the Council of Ministers for approval the Tourism Investment Directives (DIT), with the definition of investment priorities to be financed by the Fund, duly substantiated and with a multiannual budget forecast. In addition, this Resolution establishes the programming of the resources and the investment priorities based on the forecast of the revenue collection of the tourist contribution for the period 2017-2021 (as set out in Tables A and B of Annex I) for municipal investments, for governmental investments and for the promotion of tourism, including revenues allocation, adjustment to forecasts of the tourist contribution, multi-annual contracts and disbursements, etc. Texte intégral Portugais Site web www.legis-palop.org
