Résumé The aim of this Resolution is to control and regulate the importation of processed genetically modified, canned and conserved plant-foodstuffs in order to protect the public health. It is composed of 4 articles. All foodstuff consignments shall be provided with the following certificates: Sanitary; Exportation, HACCP; and Quality (art. 1). Article 2 charges agricultural quarantine centres to carry out sampling operations and analysis of processed and genetically modified plant-foodstuffs. Article 3 abrogates Resolutions No. 394/1 of 27 November 2004, No. 29/1 of 31 January 2005, No. 41/1 of 8 February 2005 and No. 160/1 of 13 April 2005.
