Résumé This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. The importation of banana plants is subject to a priori licence issued by the Minister of Agriculture (art. 1). Plants must be accompanied by certificates of origin, and agricultural sanitary certificates proving that these are free from Banana Bunchy Top Virus (art. 2). Imported plants must be put in quarantine for a period necessary to carry out controls (art. 4).
