Résumé

This Regulation establishes the procedure for collecting payments for the rendering services related to the delivery of industrial water to the industrial and energy organizations by water management institutions. The requirements of this Regulation do not apply to water supply services provided to organizations in the field of hydropower and utility sector organizations supplying drinking water, hot water and thermal energy for public consumption. Industrial (technical) water supply costs of one unit (1 cubic m) of water management organizations in the ministerial system are determined on the basis on the funds allocated for the maintenance of these organizations and the amount of supplied water. Industrial and energy organizations will transfer payments for technical water supplied during the month to the account number of the Budget Organization Development Fund of water management organizations by the 5th of the following month. Funds received from the service of technical water supply to industrial and energy organizations are distributed by the water management organization as follows: (a) 90 percent will be transferred to the Water Management Development Fund under the Ministry within five working days; and (b) 10 percent is left at the disposal of water management organizations.
