Résumé

The aim of this Resolution is to protect the cultural and natural heritage in the zone of Aljalf Alkabeer located in the province of the New Valley. This Resolution is composed of 5 articles. Article 1 declares the zone of Aljalf Alkabeer located in the western desert in the province of the New Valley a protected area according to Law No. 102 of 1983. Article 2 entrusts the Environment Affairs Body to carry out the competencies and tasks provided for in Law No. 102 of 1983 related to protected areas. Article 3 specifies the prohibited activities and acts in the aforementioned area, which may damage or destroy the nature and wildlife in the zone. Article 4 charges the Prefect of the province of the New Valley cooperating with the competent authorities to implement this Resolution.
