Résumé This Resolution, consisting of 19 articles and 1 Annex, specifies the activities, works and projects that cause or may cause local environmental impact. It also establishes general standards of technical cooperation between the Secretary of State for the Environment (SEMA) and municipalities in administrative proceedings arising from the exercise of common responsibility for the protection of the remarkable landscapes, to environmental protection, fighting pollution in any of its forms in accordance with Complementary Law 140 of 2011. In addition, it classifeis any of those activities, considering the criteria used for potential polluter and nature of the activity, for purposes of environmental licensing and monitoring by local environmental agencies, according to the Annex of this Resolution.
