This Resolution enters into force on the day of its publication.

Résumé

This Resolution, consisting of 9 articles and 13 Annexes, establishes maximum limits for atmospheric polluting emissions. These limits are established through specific criteria by polluter and by typology of source, according to the appended Annexes to this Resolution. Establishment of limits of emission must follow adequate environmental technologies, including all the phases of the process: conception, installment, implementation and maintenance of the units, row materials, etc.
