Annex 1 defines the terms and definitions pertaining to the implementation of electronic monitoring systems by CPCs, and sets out the objectives, purpose and roles and responsibilities in the IOTC Electronic Monitoring Program Standards. Annex 2 lays down the Electronic Monitoring System and Data Standards.
