They also specify ports of entry for purposes of the Act and provide with respect to import requirements, clearance certificates and inspections, issue of phytosanitary certifications for exportation, and review procedures set out in section 20 of the Act. An application for a review must be made to the Minister. The Annexures specify forms and fees.
