Résumé The purpose of these Regulations is to prevent and control of atmospheric pollution, improve the quality of atmospheric environment, safeguard human health, promote ecological civilization construction, and promote the sustainable development of economy and society. The Regulations consist of 130 Articles divided into 8 Chapters: General provisions (I); Joint prevention and control of air pollution (II); Total emission control of major pollutants (III); Prevention and control of pollution caused by stationary pollution source (IV); Prevention and control of pollution caused by emission from motorized vehicles and non-road mobile machinery (V); Prevention and control of pollution of dusts (VI); Legal liabilities (VII); Supplementary provisions (VIII).
