On the other hand, consignments of such animals shall be accompanied by a veterinary health certificate certifying their health conditions and certifying as well that they have been vaccinated and kept in quarantine. Regulation 3 deals with transport; Regulation 4 concerns quarantine measures to be undertaken upon arrival of the consignments in Malaysia. Texte intégral Anglais
