The consignment of sheep or goats must be accompanied by the following documents: (1) import licence; (2) a certificate containing a full description or identification of the animals; (3) a veterinary certification; (4) a declaration by Master/Captain of the Ship/Aircraft by which the animals have been transported. Upon arrival in Malaysia, the animals shall be carried directly to the approved quarantine station or farm for quarantine purposes for a period of not less than 10 days under veterinary supervision (Regulation 6).
