Résumé

These Regulations, surviving the under Animal Health Act, provide for the control of the movement of pigs for animal health reasons. No owner or occupier of any land situated within the area defined in the Schedule hereto shall keep or permit to be kept, any pig on such land unless such pig is confined in a camp, sty, pen or run (for which certain standards are set by these Regulations) and no owner or occupier of such land shall move, cause or permit to be moved any pig, pig carcase or the uncooked portions thereof, including ham, bacon and pork sausages, or pig hair or manure out of the area defined in the Schedule hereto without the authority of a permit issued by a State Veterinarian, or otherwise than in accordance with the conditions specified in such permit.
