Résumé This Regulation establishes industrial activity requirements. It consist of 11 articles establishing that any potentially polluting industries, and structures or buildings that store substances capable of causing water pollution must be located at a minimum distance of 200 (two hundred) meters from the nearest catch basins or water courses. Any storage facility planned or built above groundlevel to receive potentially polluting liquids must be protected in accordance with the necessary safety standards; therefore, tanks, bulwarks, underground silos, barriers or other retaining devices must be built with the capacity and for the purpose of receiving and holding spills of polluting liquids from production processes or from storage.
