This text entered into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 17 January 2011).
Résumé

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on fertilizers, prescribes the types of soil properties improvers (soil enhancers), the procedure and documents for classification of such soil enhancers, including rules regarding the marking and identification, contents of macronutrients, secondary macronutrients and microelements, and issues on minimum and maximum quantities of nutrients and impurities. Soil property improvers are inorganic or organic substances of natural or synthetic origin, with a low content of macro elements and secondary macro elements and micro elements. Types of soil properties improvers are: 1. Mineral enhancers; 2. Organic enhancers. Mineral improvers of soil properties are compounds obtained by processing natural and chemical substances. Organic soil improvers are compounds obtained by extraction of plant material.
