Résumé

This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on fertilizers, prescribes the types of microbiological fertilizers, including the procedure and documents for classification of new microbiological fertilizers in a certain group of fertilizers. Types of microbiological fertilizers: soil microbiological fertilizer; foliar microbiological fertilizer; microbiological admixtures-agents (carrier of microbiological fertilizers).This Regulation further sets the manner of marking and identification of microbiological fertilizers, and determines minimum and maximum quantities of microorganisms and impurities (parameters listed in article 6). This text is harmonized with the provisions of the Commission Regulation (EC) No. 889/2008 laying down detailed rules for the implementation of Council Regulation (EC) No. 834/2007 on organic production and labelling of organic products with regard to organic production, labelling and control.
