Résumé This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Montenegrin Law on biocidal products, determines the types of biocidal products (or biocide). Different types of biocides, according to the method of their application and use, according to organisms on which they act, or objects in which they are used, or objects and surfaces to be treated, are here classified into the following groups: 1) disinfectants; 2) protection products (preservatives); 3) biocides for pest control; 4) other biocides (such as anti-fouling products-PT 21 used to control development and inhabitation of undesirable organisms-microorganisms and more complex plant or animal organisms on boats, equipment and objects used in water; embalming and dissecting fluids-PT 22-used for disinfection and protection of human or animal corpses and their parts. All biocides shall be marked with the designation of the production type (or PT), among its corresponding number.
