The Regulation enters into force 14 days after its publication in the Journal of Laws.

Résumé

This Regulation of the Minister of Environment, which is composed of four paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes the types of agents which can be used on public roads, streets and squares, and conditions of their use. The conditions are specified as per groups of agents: non chemical, solid chemicasl, moistened chemicals, mixtures of non chemical and chemical agents.
