This Regulation entered into force on 28 December 2010.

Résumé

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 12 paragraphs and three Annexes, establishes: (1) detailed scope of subjects which should be included in the training of hunters, as specified in Annex III Section IV of the Regulation (EC) No. 853/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council laying down specific hygiene rules for the hygiene of foodstuffs (specified in Annex 1); (2) detailed conditions and scope of the training, including minimum qualifications of teachers; (3) form of certificate on completion of the training (specified in Annex 2); (4) form of statement on the inspection of carcass of killed animal (specified in Annex 3).
